Terms & Conditions for Manufacturers & Suppliers – Arbwe Platform

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the manufacturer/supplier and Arbwe, operated by Arbwe Global for Trade, Supplies & Factory Management. Registering as a supplier or using Arbwe’s services means you fully accept all the terms outlined in this document.

1. Definitions

• Platform: Arbwe website and its services.
• Supplier/Manufacturer: Any industrial entity listing products.
• Customer: Any user searching or contacting suppliers.
• Content: All information, images, data, and documents uploaded.
• Services: Product listing, RFQs, messaging, sourcing tools.

2. Supplier Registration Requirements

• Provide accurate corporate information.
• Submit legal documents upon request.
• No impersonation of other manufacturers.
• Update corporate and product information regularly.

3. Supplier Obligations

• Ensure the accuracy of product specifications.
• Guarantee product authenticity and compliance.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Provide real product images and certifications.
• No posting of illegal, banned, or counterfeit items.

4. Product Listing Rules

• Product descriptions must be complete and accurate.
• Minimum order quantities must be clearly stated.
• Pricing must not be misleading or fraudulent.
• No excessive duplication of similar products.

5. Nature of Business Transactions

All commercial agreements take place directly between the supplier and the customer. Arbwe is not involved in:

• Pricing
• Payments
• Delivery or shipping
• Quality control
• Execution of agreements

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Arbwe disclaims all liability for:

• Financial transactions between suppliers and customers.
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or false documents.
• Delivery delays or shipping issues.
• Inaccurate descriptions or product defects.
• Loss of profits or business opportunities.
• Technical interruptions or data loss.

7. Product Quality Responsibility

Suppliers are fully responsible for ensuring their products comply with international standards and certifications such as:

• ISO
• CE
• FDA (if applicable)
• Product Safety Requirements

8. Payments

Arbwe does not control or mediate payments between suppliers and customers unless contracted separately for sourcing or supply-chain management.

9. Anti-Fraud Policy

• Immediate termination of fraudulent accounts.
• Reporting illegal activities to authorities.
• Prohibition of fake or misleading product listings.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, images, and databases on Arbwe are the exclusive property of the platform. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution

Arbwe encourages suppliers and customers to resolve disputes amicably. Arbwe is not a mediator nor a party to any dispute.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Cairo courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Final Provisions

Arbwe may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any future updates.
