Occupational Health and Safety Management System

ISO 45001 is an international standard that specifies the requirements for an Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System, along with guidelines for its application, to enable organizations to proactively improve their OH&S performance in preventing injury and ill health. The aim of ISO 45001 is to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its size, type, or nature. Through its OHSMS, ISO 45001 enables any organization to integrate other aspects of health and safety, such as worker well-being/care; however, it should be noted that an organization may also be required by applicable legal requirements to address such issues.
