NASIDCO was established in 1986 to produce textile auxiliary chemicals used at various stages of fabric and yarn processing, such as pretreatment, dyeing, printing, and finishing processes, including wetting agents, waterproofing agents, detergents, fixatives, defoamers, dispersing agents, softeners, etc.
The company adopted a growth strategy and decided to build a new emulsion polymerization unit in 1992 to produce polyvinyl acetate homopolymer, vinyl acetate/vinyl versatate (VeoVa) copolymers, vinyl acetate/acrylate copolymers, acrylate/maleate copolymers, and polyacrylic polymers. These products are used in many industrial applications such as textile reinforcement, carpet backing coatings, white glue adhesives for wood and paper, dispersing agents for emulsion paints, and insulation dispersions for the detergent industry.
The company is always keen to develop its products through a strong focus on research and development, and regularly visits specialized international exhibitions to keep pace with changes in the various industrial fields in which its products are used. It is also currently focusing on experimental research to produce new products for entry into new industrial sectors such as ready-mix concrete and agricultural fertilizers.
