The company was established in 1973 and is the first factory in the field to belong to the private sector. It has highly experienced technical staff with long-standing expertise gained from both public and private sector factories.

The current production capacity is approximately 140,000 tons per year, and the company aims to increase it to 160,000 tons per year by applying proven scientific studies that enhance the optimal utilization of raw materials.

The company also currently plans to add new industrial processes using modern technology to produce a new product: hot-rolled steel sheets in various dimensions made from billet raw material. This product is known for its wide range of applications in industries such as electrical appliances, automotive manufacturing, and others, and is expected to contribute to meeting local market demand for this product.
